The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has launched a full-fledged postgraduate diploma course in the Urdu language journalism on January 17, 2017 to promote Urdu Language in IIMC.Mawlynnong village in the East Khasi Hills district of the Meghalaya state has become a role model for cleanliness said by the Secretary of the village.
