In case of doubt of overage candidate seeking admission, they may be referred to the Medical Board for confirmation of the age.The decision of the Medical Board will be final.
• A candidate appearing for the selection test must be studying in Class-V for the whole of the academic session 2020-21 in a Government/Government aided or other recognized schools or ‘B’ certificate competency course of National Institute of Open Schooling in the samedistrict where he/she is seeking admission. A school will be deemed recognized if it is declared so by the Government or by any other agency authorized on behalf of Government.Schools, where students have obtained‘B’certificate under National Institute of Open Schooling, should have accreditation of NIOS. A candidate must successfully complete Class-V in the session 2020-21. Actual admission in Class-VI for the session 2020-2020 will be subject to this condition.
• Candidates who will be passing ‘B’ certificate competency course of National Institute of Open Schooling on or before 30th September, 2019 are also eligible to write admission test provided they are in the prescribed age group. The forms of such candidates will be verified by DEO/DIOS. The rural status of a child from National Institute of Open Schooling will bedecided on the basis of a certificate to be issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate of the District indicating that the child has been residing in rural areas for the last three years.Students studying under the above scheme from urban and notified areas are not eligible for obtaining seat in rural quota.

But in the month of July 2020, i.e. from 1/7/2020. Students are not required to attend school during this HOME LEARNING period up to 31/7/2020. During this period it is decided to provide Food Security Allowance under mid-day meal.

The cooking cost amount of food security allowance fixed by the head teacher / SMC of the school has to be deposited in the bank account of the students / parents. Also, keeping in view the local circumstances, the social distance should be maintained strictly as per the guidelines of the Government and the work of distribution of foodgrains should be completed in consultation with the District Primary Education Officer Supply System with the cooperation of local school teachers and mid-day meal center administrators.

All the registered students of the primary school where the mid-day meal scheme is being implemented will have to send the daily report on the distribution of foodgrains on a daily basis and the amount of cooking cost paid and the latest details in the prescribed form to the email here. As well as the prescribed sample form shown here on the Mid-day Meal Yojana website Google Drive, the food distributed daily and the amount deposited in the bank account of the student / guardian should be given. Accounts at school and taluka / district level should be kept up to date for the purpose of audit.

The distribution of foodgrains from the quantity of foodgrains allotted by the Government of India in the first and second quarters of the year 2020-21 for the mid-day meal scheme has to be completed within the time limit as per the method prescribed for distribution of foodgrains at the district level. Social distance must be maintained strictly and the instructions of the health department must be followed. In addition, this work is to be completed within the time limit as per the provisions of National Food Security Act 2017 and Mid-day Meal Scheme Rules-2016. According to the above subject and context, periodic assessment test was conducted for the students of Std. 6 to 8 in every medium in the primary schools in the month of July and August for the purpose of assessment along with home learning during COVID.19.  You are requested to take further action from your level in view of the following matters regarding the test to be taken in the month of September.  Gujarati and Maths tests will be taken in Std. 6 and 8.  Gujarati, English and Hindi will be tested in Std. 6 while Gujarati, English, Hindi and Sanskrit will be tested in Std. 6 to 8.  It is to be noted here that as per the resolution dated 12-02-2020 of the education department, similar tests have to be taken in Gujarati (first language), mathematics, social science and science subjects.  This time the tests on subjects other than these four can be taken voluntarily by the independent and grant aided schools.  The above periodic evaluation tests dt.  It will be held from September 26 to 30.  Tests in hardcopy or softcopy will have to be delivered to the students by 3/08/2030.  Ta.  Tests of all mediums will be made available on GCERT's website (www.gcert.gujarat.gov.in) on 9/08/2050 as well as Gujarati medium tests which can also be seen in the QR Code on the textbook index of that subject.

The  result  of  the  Combined  Competitive  Examination  (Main)  for  the  post  of  State Tax  Inspector,  Class-III  (Advertisement  No.  80/2018-19)  held  on  24-November2019 and 01-December-2019 is hereby declared as per  Annexure-I. 2. 3. 4. The  above  result  is  declared  taking  into  consideration  the  provisions  of  the  State Tax Inspector, Class-III Competitive Examination Rules, 2018, dated 12th October, 2018  and  amendments  made  thereafter  from  time  to  time  and  other  relevant applicable criteria.
