Educational Qualification and Experience:
General Manager - HR ->
(1) Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Relations/ Human Resources/ Organizational Development from an institute of repute.
(2) At least 15 years of post-qualification work experience in the field of Organizational Development, Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations; Exposure of working with a large geographically dispersed organization.
Chief Digital Officer ->
(1) BE/B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Science and Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% & above marks. (OR) B.Sc. and MCA from a recognized University/ Institute. MCAs should have done a course in computer organization and Design/ Architecture.
