Gujarat state government has changed the rules for the transfer of thousands of primary teachers and education assistants in the state, taking a decision that would affect them. According to the new rule, Std 1 to  5 (primary education) and Std 6 to 8 (upper primary education) will now be considered as separate units. The teacher or teaching assistant performing duty in these units will also have to be transferred separately.

Gujarat Primary Teacher Badli Camp 2021

Gujarat education department has announced significant amendments to the rules for the transfer of primary teachers and teaching assistants. According to which now Std. 1 to 8 and Std. 6 to 8 are considered as separate units and the transfer of teacher or teaching assistant has to be done separately. That is, in case of over setup, the transfer of Std. 1 to 5 teacher cannot be transferred in Std. 6 to 8 and Std. 6 to 8 teachers cannot be transferred in Std. 1 to 5 in a reciprocal manner.

So far, three important resolutions have been passed regarding the transfer of teachers or teaching assistants in Std. 1 to 8 schools of the government under the District Primary Education Committee and the Corporation under the Nagar Primary Education Committee.

After the inclusion of standard 8 in primary schools, competitive examinations were also started for the recruitment of teachers. Eligibility of PTC was determined in the recruitment of teachers of Std. 1 to 5 in the primary school. While in standard 6 to 8, graduation with B.Ed or PTC was made compulsory. Online Badli Camp 2021 is likely to be held soon. A circular issued by the education department some time back also said that all the camps should be completed. Until now, since Std.1 to 8 were considered as consecutive units, many teachers were deprived of the benefit of seniority and their transfers were delayed. The District Primary Education Department has started the procedure for the transfer of primary school teachers. The education department has invited applications from primary school teachers for district transfer.

• Once applied for a district fair, you will not have to apply a second time.
• Requests with incomplete details will not be accepted.
• A certificate of not having benefited from the appointment so far has to be attached with the application.
• Certificates and CR by signing coins on the application paper. And the necessary support must be attached.
• Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
• A certificate stating that not a single beneficiary has been transferred from the appointment to date has to be attached with the application.

And if there was an increase in the number of teachers in Std. 6 to 8, it was changed to Std. 1 to 5.

According to the new rule, in case of Over setup, a teacher working in Std 1 to 5 cannot be transferred to Std 6 to 8 unit. Similarly, a teacher from Std. 6 to 8 cannot be transferred in Std. 1 to 5 unit. These revised government rules will apply in the case of over setup (Vadh Badli)  camps.

What is Mucormycosis 

Mucormycosis (formerly called zygomycosis) is a serious but rare fungal infection caused by a group of molds called mucormycetes.  These molds live throughout the environment.  Mucormycosis mainly affects people who have health problems or take medicines that lower the body's ability to fight germs and sickness.  It most commonly affects the sinuses or lungs after inhaling fungal spores from the air, or the skin after the fungus enters the skin through a cut, burn, or other type of skin injury.  However, it can occur in almost any part of the body.  

Types of Mucormycosis 

Rhinocerebral (sinus and brain) Mucormycosis is an infection in the sinuses that can spread to the brain.  This form of mucormycosis is most common in people with uncontrolled diabetes and in people who have had a kidney transplant.  Pulmonary (lung) mucormycosis is the most common type of mucormycosis in people with cancer and in people who have had an organ transplant or a stem cell transplant.  

Gastrointestinal mucormycosis is more common among young children than adults, especially premature and low birth weight infants less than 1 month of age, who have had antibiotics, surgery, or medications that lower the body's ability to fight germs and sickness.  Cutaneous (skin) mucormycosis: occurs after the fungi enter the body through a break in the skin (for example, after surgery, a burn, or other type of skin trauma).  This is the most common form of mucormycosis among people who do not have weakened immune systems.  Disseminated mucormycosis occurs when the infection spreads through the bloodstream to affect another part of the body.  The infection most commonly affects the brain, but can also affect other organs such as the spleen, heart, and skin.

Types of fungi that most commonly cause mucormycosis are Rhizopus species, Mucor species, Rhizomucor species, Syncephalastrum species, C unninghamella bertholletiae, Apophysomyces species, and Lichtheimia (formerly Absidia) species.  2 Symptoms of Mucormycosis The symptoms of mucormycosis depend on where in the body the fungus is growing.  Symptoms of rhinocerebral (sinus and brain) mucormycosis include:.  .  One - sided facial swelling Headache Nasal or sinus congestion Black lesions on nasal bridge or upper inside of mouth that quickly become more severe Fever o Symptoms of pulmonary (lung) mucormycosis include.

Fever Cough Chest pain Shortness of breath o Cutaneous (skin) mucormycosis can look like blisters or ulcers, and the infected area may turn black.  Other symptoms include pain, warmth, excessive redness, or swelling around a wound.  Symptoms of gastrointestinal mucormycosis include: o Abdominal pain Nausea and vomiting gastrointestinal bleeding.
